One of the items of several ordered arrived with a manufacturing fault making it unsuitable to use for safety reasons. The seller refused to replace it with one free of defects and was unwilling to fully refund it either, so I had to resort to requesting a return. Consequently I lost the volume discount I gained with this order and I am now short of one item needed for my project too that I need to source elsewhere. This is not the level of customer service one would expect, avoid this seller.

Don’t buy from them it arrived broken and took days to try sort a refund or replacement.
Wanted a replacement but ended up with a refund communication was shocking. Kept getting offered discounts for a broken item no replacement ended up getting eBay involved to get a full refund. Avoid this seller
