When I placed my order, the seller kept me posted/updated on the status of the delivery. They were very polite and courteous. My order was received sooner than expected! The red shoes I ordered were darker in person than the picture. The seller did everything possible to immediately correct the issue. I would DEFINITELY order from this seller again!

40x36 pants ended up more like 38x32 . The seller told me that they would get looser as by wearing them, how does that help me with the length? She offered me a 10% and then a 20% percent, I said no. She then said the "dress" has great reviews, I ordered pants, not a dress. She said to send them back to China, they would inspect them and would give me a refund if they approve. I'm out over $100 and am not happy. I ordered from another site on Ebay and received what I asked for and am happy!
