Fast delivery for personalised banner. Feedback asked whether it had arrived by 25th, it only came one day after though no problem. Looks slightly bluey Purple rather than dark blue. Might just be me. Lovely banner for birthday.

Banner arrived damaged due to it being sent in a plastic envelope which has nothing to support the banner from bending. It has been folded several times so the dents are visible even after it being stretched out as advised too. Have contacted Seller to let them know of the issues and the response was rude and unhelpful and they told me I’m lying. Appealing customer service, the banner is not expensive but you don’t expect it to be dented and look damaged. I would not recommend.

The system offers no recourse to sellers, who are exposed to bad faith, confusion, irresponsibleness, and sometimes outright flagrant lies from buyers. Not the best quality , it pays to oay that little bit extra, 1st one the edges were cut terrible , contacted them. Took over 1week to send replacement , then the print quality was very poor compared to the 1st one. Contacted again sent pictures with no reply, I Wont be ordering again from these . Cheapest aint always best , in my case it wasnt . No was the customer service.
