Wrong colour suitcase sent, seller should have checked first. Refund received but no apology hence the negative given. Also it was a ball ache to take a 28” suitcase in a box on a bus to the Post Office for the return. All could have been avoided if the seller checked what was inside the box in the first place. (The stitching wasn’t that great on the suitcase anyway, it might be best to spend a few quid more on something sturdier).
