    Up there with the worst experiences on eBay in 15 years. I put through a cancellation request which was refused, item then 'marked as shipped' 3 days later. No tracking, no reply to messages. Currently have an item not received case open which they're not replying too either. No doubt will be left to ebay to refund. Looks very much like a drop shipping organisation. In future i'll be avoiding this seller at all costs.
