Bought this chair and it was speedily delivered. I unpacked and set up pretty easily. Sadly, I had issue with the gas cylinder and spoke to customer service (Jim) who was very professional and understanding. We were still discussing what happened and he figured I could do with another delivery and I wasn’t even expecting the speedy response and delivery again. This time, the chair was all good. Lovely product, massage works well too. Happy customer!
