    Midland Radio over the ear microphone

    The ear piece is not comfortable and the ear phone isn't either. The mike can be adjusted to your mouth.

    All ears are different

    I recommend this headset because I don't think there is an alternative for these radios. The earpiece is uncomfortable and doesn't stay in place in my ear. All ears are different, and it might be comfortable for some.
