Breathe freely again
This is easily the best decongestant available in my view. Very little is needed - just a couple of puffs - and my nose is lovely and clear. I use no other brand.

Otrivine nasal sprau
The nasal spray works very well. I am using less than the recommended daily use. It works quickly and last for a good few hours.. I was so impress with it I have told a friend to use it.

Would not buy again.
This product has a faint smell of 'menthol' which true Otrivine doesn't have. This is the reason I've used Octrivine for years, because I don't like menthol. I have given the product a fair trial, using one and a half containers, but it doesn't decongest the sinuses.
