    Excellent service and item. As described, despatched promptly, good communications and very well packed for the journey. Just wish the courier was a bit more on the case -stayed at their local depot for almost a week. Being green I suppose. Full marks to seller though. can't fault them and will use again.

    I got the book eventually and was partly refunded to account for the description listing as a hardback. Communication was generic on the whole, but like they said they are a big company and mistakes happen. Wasn't the best service to be fair, but that could have just been my experience as it is the lead up to Christmas and they are probably flat out? Would I use them again? Probably not because I don't often buy books new. It's a good book though.
