The item is what was described but the box is highly damaged. If the condition of the box is important to you for collecting or gift giving reasons, this may be a problem when buying from this seller. I'm not sure if this was pre-existing damage or if it was due to the way it was packed for shipping, as nothing about box damage was noted in the item description and It arrived with a moderately thick wrapping of bubble wrap as the only packing.
