There is a clearly visible sign on the gate post asking couriers not to do this, we have had quite a few items broken when this takes place. Yet, in spite of the sign, this particular individual chooses to ignore it and do just what we did not want. Fortunately the item does not seem to have been damaged, but I will check it thoroughly. I think we will take our orders, elsewhere.
