it was going to be negative...however,arrived and fitted looks great but hand held shower had a split in it and sprayed water,got in touch and wanted photos,camera would not pick up fine spray, told them, they dont stock the shower head but told me where i could purchase from which i duly did, they then refunded the payment to me so this is the reason i gave positive.does look good thou.

Had an issue with an order from ages ago which I'd not unpacked when it arrived (carrier had bent them and caused damage but I hadn't noticed as I'd left them wrapped in their plastic).
