The process from ordering to receiving was incredible- so easy and any questions asked were answered incredibly quickly . The condition is brilliant and looks really well. Could pass for marble .
- m***k (488)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseUnfortunately a waste of time and money aswell stress from family for getting this so wrong it's cheap materials made in garden or home mines was flopping all over the no stability to it so no value and appearance was not what you want for a grave. They used incorrect pics, text, sizes were off. The overall condition was not good either finger prints all over ruff edges tacky no quality. All our pictures are of our own work and exactly as you see. The material used to make the item is in description. These are not granite that is why more affordable and are made from acrylic resin as clearly stated. A proof is done to check before printing which you confirmed. We used your text and photo given. We offered a new plinth as you said was broken in transit, you declined.

Sent a proof before they made it and even though I asked them to change it they had no problem. When they sent the final design we just lived it and after dispatch it arrived promptly.
