I was nervous about sending to a stranger on the internet, but the feedback and the replies to my questions just felt right. I sent it off, got pictures of my watch arriving, comms throughout, as it needed a few parts to make her perfect and a picture of the package leaving. I’m a bit worried that if I praise too much, Karoll will be too busy to do my other watches, but credit where it’s due, it was a perfect job!
