I purchased the 3mm sponge foam. Sounds a bit daft, but its a bit thinner than I was expecting. However, the adhesive and general quality seem good. The listing is confusing as it shows pictures of open cell foam product, which this isn't, and gives no indication of what thickness this open cell foam applies to (and this would have been my preference). However, the description says neoprene...which is closed cell....all just confusing really. 1 star docked from the description because of this.
