When I went to collect I was told this item was refused because of the size. However I contacted the delivery company and it promptly arrived the day after. Great service from both seller and delivery company.

There was a slip up on delivery when the wrong address label was inadvertently put on the box, but this was very quickly resolved and the correct item delivered next day when the wrong item was collected. Mistakes happen (we are all human) and to get it all sorted so quickly is great service.
