    Easy to take, no adverse effects were experienced.

    After 2 days I was sleeping better. I wasn't sleeping any longer and wasn't achieving sleep any quicker, but the sleep I am having, approx 5-6 hours per night, was certainly more restful and I felt less tired and more energetic during the waking hours. I intend to continue with the product.
