Perfect condition, as described and delivered by the perfect delivery company. I'm always worried about buying expensive items for delivery but the cardboard packaging protected the chair and it arrived in perfect condition by the most pleasant and friendly delivery man I think I've come across; whoever they're using for their deliveries, they're as good at it as Herman Miller are at making chairs. Very happy and can't recommend this ebay shop enough

Fantastic seller with a great range of products. Items from Herman miller are sold as described. They are generally partially used. Of either some minor defect. The only thing they could do better is to highlight the defect in the photos when it’s small, luckily in my case the defect was only a small pen mark on the seat. Otherwise the item is in perfect condition, fully functioning and it was delivered well packaged and promptly by a reliable courier service.

Great chair which looked brand new to me despite being sold as ‘used’. Tags and docs were still attached to it!. Got a further discount for buying 2! Really happy with the purchase and the delivery was great too. I had asked for the delivery to be delayed by 10days as I was away which they kindly accommodated. Good communication from the driver who arrived on time, was really friendly and helpful. H.M. outlet was a great find and would definitely recommend buying from them
