Purchased a book which was damaged due to improper packing. The seller offered a partial refund for damages which was never received. I tried messaging the seller about it numerous times without a reply. In the end I just gave up and mailed it back. All in all- a lackluster experience. Hopefully they won't drag their feet on refunding my money.
