Aufgabe dieser Arbeit ist die Identifizierung der Eigenschaften und Erwartungen der betrachteten Generation sowie der daraus entstehenden Herausforderungen fur das Personalmanagement. Ziel dieser Bachelor Thesis ist zudem, Handlungsempfehlungen zur Begegnung der festgestellten Herausforderungen und schlussendlich Optimierungsansatze, bezogen auf das Personalmanagement der Raiffeisen Spar + Kreditbank eG, her-aus zu stellen. In Deutschland weist das einundzwanzigste Jahrhundert von Beginn an eine Pragung durch den demografischen Wandel, den geburtenschwachen Jahrgangen und den hieraus entstehenden strukturellen Veranderungen in der Gesellschaft auf. Der Arbeitsmarkt wandelt sich immer mehr von einem Arbeitgeber- zu einem Arbeitnehmermarkt, was fur Arbeitgeber mit einer erschwerten Personalgewinnung verbunden ist Bei Betrachtung der kunftigen Entwicklung, unter der Annahme einer konstant niedrigen Geburtenrate sowie einer steigenden Lebenserwartung, ist von einer Reduzierung der Bevoelkerungszahl in Deutschland auszugehen. Diese Entwicklung lasst eine lang anhaltende Phase des Arbeitnehmermarktes vermuten. In diesem Zusammenhang ist zusatzlich die Problematik des Fachkraftemangels ein zentrales Thema fur Unternehmen jeglicher Branchen. Ein geringes Angebot an qualifizierten Nachwuchskraften steht der hohen Nach-frage der Unternehmen gegenuber. Die Unternehmensberatung McKinsey hat alleine fur den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt einen Fachkraftemangel von 2 Mio. Personen fur das Jahr 2020 prognostiziert. Der War for Talents um die begrenzte Ressource qualifizierter Mitarbeiter wird somit deutlich an Intensitat gewinnen

Confirmed the product, but not condition and contents. Took their word for it! Package arrived (from Germany) and TBH it was wrapped ok, but box was about to split. Item is a wooden box containing 13 CDs in jewel cases (plus items), so was fairly robust, but catch missing from lid. Now understand why price was good. Items in good condition.
