When I got the package the whole box fellapart. The sides, back, top, and bottom of case just fell apart as I opened the box. The description said there would be scissors; however, I found no scissors. Frankly, because the box fell apart, the spools of thread were everywhere. I do appreciate your fast shipping, but disappointed in the way the item was portrayed on eBay to what I witnessed when opening the box today.
