Item was purchase as a present for an 8yo. Despite being purchased well before Christmas didn’t arrive in time. Contacted seller and their response was extremely disappointing no follow up or offer to follow up until I reported to eBay item still hadn’t arrived. Even then communication was very lacklustre. If you are going to include postage in the price offer a more reputable carrier or offer faster delivery options. If you don’t want to do that then make sure it goes in a timely manner
