Nice seller, sadly some small damages to the pad upon arrival due to how it was shipped. (Not bla,ming vendor for this, just something to think about with future shipments.) See images for more information. Note: Some of it will go away in time, there is not much to do about the stiches that is loose. Kinda expected more from a brand like artisan when you consider how much it costs.
