Contacted twice politely attempting to get a resolution but no response, eventually had to open a case for eBay to be involved before the seller responded. At that point they were still very unhelpful, reporting I received the item so nothing is wrong. Finally accepted a return, but Still waiting for return labels. Unfortunately, a very unprofessional and unhelpful seller.
