Both items were received in less than perfect condition due to the vinyl inside not properly being slid into its sleeve, causing damage to the outer sleeve. After contacting the seller the only option I was given was to send it back for a refund. I could not do this as I was away from home, so they offered a 10% refund, or £6.50.
