Ledlenser Warranty

• The Ledlenser warranty will become effective from the date of confirmed purchase.

• Proof of delivery/purchase will be required to claim against the Ledlenser warranty. Without this proof, any work carried out will be chargeable. Please keep your receipt or delivery note.

• The repair or replacement of your Ledlenser light under guarantee will not extend the period of guarantee.

• The guarantee provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

What is covered:

• The repair or replacement of your Ledlenser lighting instrument (at Ledlenser's discretion) if your light is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within 2-years (standard warranty) / 7-years (if serial number registered online) of purchase. Note : not all Ledlenser products carry an extendable warranty - please check before purchase. Such products will still carry a standard 2-year warranty.

• If a particular lighting instrument is no longer available or out of manufacture, Ledlenser will replace with an equivalent lighting instrument at their discretion.

• Ledlenser lighting instruments bought in UK from eBay.co.uk

What is not covered:

Ledlenser does not guarantee the repair or replacement of a product as a result of:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the lighting instrument which is not in accordance with Ledlenser’s User Guide.

• Use of the lighting instrument for anything other than what a reasonable personal may deem normal use.

• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Ledlenser UK (Ledco Ltd).

SHIPPING

• Orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day

• Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will not be processed for delivery until the next working day.

• Scottish Highlands and Islands Deliveries to these and other remote areas may take up to 2-3 days longer to arrive.

Cancelling an order

We are unable to stop orders once they have been placed. Once you are in receipt of the item, please contact us via the contact seller button regarding returning the item and for a refund to be processed, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging and unused. Exactly the part needed to repair this torch, received promptly. So entirely happy with this service and that Ledlenser continue to provide spare parts. However I am less happy that the P7 battery compartment disintegrated without obvious insult in the first place when used only lightly since purchase in April 2019. Also happened to a previous P7 torch in exactly the same place. The plastic struts appear to become brittle where the fixing screws attach and spontaneously fracture -see image.
