Described as new but is definitely wasn't. It was a returned item that had been opened and the seller couldn't even be bothered to fully take of the return label. Shocking slow dispatch and delivery. Very poor communication. I asked for the tracking number which was never supplied so I couldn't track the item to know when it would be delivered. If you can buy elsewhere.

I was originally going to leave neutral feedback as the labels took 14 days to be delivered and several messages were ignored. I did eventually get a message were the seller claimed there was a death in the family, hence the delay. But really...... how long does it take to drop a quick line to your customers if there is going to be a delay. Labels are brilliant and have no problems with them, communications however could be a lot better.
