After purchasing book I asked to confirm that it would be protected with a turn of bubble wrap and a piece of cardboard on each side to protect the cover. Seller answered my shipping will increase from 5.61 to 15.61. When I asked the seller how she normally shipped with care she cancelled my order and issued a refund. Seller has been turned into e-bay.
