I am absolutely flabbergasted here!! A Ceramic Chicken/Egg Holder sent through the postal system in a Paper Jiffy Bag! Guess what? The item arrived in pieces! I asked the seller to pack extremely well for it's journey in transit, but they didn't respond to my message! (I can supply screenshot of message and photos of broken item!) I can really only speak on my experience with this seller and I would never ever purchase from them ever again! Going on thought process of packing this fragile item!

We have a photo of packaging. Yes it is upsetting items may come damaged. Please do not slander other sellers with un-honest notes based on emotion. This could have easily been resolved via a partial refund or message. Apologies for the inconvenience out of our control. Our reviews are always 100% and we take pride in packaging. Your way with words are unfair, quite rude and childish. Also a buyers “note” as no message was sent, are not visible until posting, Thanks.
