I ordered two sewing machine foot controls, which turned out to be the wrong ones
When I contacted the seller, they were so helpful with directing me to the right controller.
They sent me one replacement to try, and when it was the right one, they then sent me the second one.
There was no charge for the replacements. Their service was fantastic.
