This came packed in a plastic mailing envelope not a cardboard box. It appears to have hairline fractures as it is not 'singing'. Seller asked for pictures to proof this. Then a video uploaded to YouTube. Both ridiculous. Refunds/replacements offered just to be withdrawn.
