Item arrived in good time a well packaged. Plaque attachment isn’t very effective, quite harsh on teeth. This product is a bit of a gimmick, I’ll stick to flossing. Tooth brush seems to be ok, but initially wanted it for the plaque removal. It’s a NO from me! Can’t fault the seller service
