The brusque reply was that a tracking number was available, but no number HAD been created until I pointed out that I had placed the order.

    It made a big difference to me.

    I don't do very many book reviews but Principles by Dalio is an exceptional book. I'm not even finished but with what I have read, I plan to make this mandatory reading for all our key people. I can expect no better legacy when I retire then having even some of these principles embedded in our company's culture.

    Lots of good lessons from Ray, good read so far

    Although he shares several anecdotes and lessons from investing/trading, I think they're explained well enough that anyone can understand them. Easy to understand but profound wisdom, so I really liked what I've read so far.
