    Budget price, poor quality

    I used this operator chair in my home office for 6 weeks or so (I've given the family back the dining chair I borrowed) and the gas strut just stopped working sending me to the floor with a bump! I couldn't be bothered with fighting for a refund so opted to replace the gas strut. If you only need a chair for a couple of months this is for you. Apart from collapsing on me, It looks professional and is designed for a proper ergonomic posture. So it looks great and when I have a day of back-to-back zoom calls I don't have back ache. The seat cushion is a generous size which suits my frame and the casters roll nicely with my weight on them. Height adjustment and adjusting the seat back are straight forward.
