Ordered size 12, received shoes with 11" insole length rather than 11.25". When I sent pictures of the ruler, seller explained that this was a manufacturing issue and they had no larger shoes. Seller offered a partial refund, then gave a full refund when I pointed out that this was an "item not as described" issue covered by ebay's money back guarantee. Communication was prompt and polite, and I don't hold it against them for offering me the partial refund first. Hope they fix the sizing.
