The seller had placed the bookmark inside a cardboard sleeve to protect it, and placed red 'Handle with Care' stickers on the front and back of the package. I was touched by the 'thank you' sticker put in the invoice. The product came in mint condition as described, and looked just like the picture! I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Thank you for such a pleasant transaction.
