Ledlenser Warranty
 
• The Ledlenser warranty will become effective from the date of confirmed purchase.
• Proof of delivery/purchase will be required to claim against the Ledlenser warranty. Without this proof, any work carried out will be chargeable. Please keep your receipt or delivery note.
• The repair or replacement of your Ledlenser light under guarantee will not extend the period of guarantee.
• The guarantee provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
 
What is covered:
 
• The repair or replacement of your Ledlenser lighting instrument (at Ledlenser's discretion) if your light is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within 2-years (standard warranty) / 7-years (if serial number registered online) of purchase. Note : not all Ledlenser products carry an extendable warranty - please check before purchase. Such products will still carry a standard 2-year warranty.
• If a particular lighting instrument is no longer available or out of manufacture, Ledlenser will replace with an equivalent lighting instrument at their discretion.
• Ledlenser lighting instruments bought in UK from eBay.co.uk
 
What is not covered:
 
Ledlenser does not guarantee the repair or replacement of a product as a result of:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the lighting instrument which is not in accordance with Ledlenser’s User Guide.
• Use of the lighting instrument for anything other than what a reasonable personal may deem normal use.
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Ledlenser UK (Ledco Ltd).
 
SHIPPING
• Orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day
• Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will not be processed for delivery until the next working day.
• Scottish Highlands and Islands Deliveries to these and other remote areas may take up to 2-3 days longer to arrive.

Cancelling an order
We are unable to stop orders once they have been placed. Once you are in receipt of the item, please contact us via the contact seller button regarding returning the item and for a refund to be processed, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging and unused. Amazing purchased at lunchtime arrived next morning!!!. These torches are brilliant unfortunatley my old one stopped charging. Luckily the charged is compatible with my old torch so now have 2. They are expensive but are more reliable and effective than most torches. Hence you get what you pay for.

    Great LED torch at a bargain price

    Great LED torch. Very bright (although only 1100 lumens not the 1400 lumens in the title) and with a 7 year manufacturers warranty. Torch is light-weight but solid and very robust, but the (pocket) clip is a waste of time. This SE version comes with two power sources, a rechargeable battery unit or a 4x AAA battery holder, the rechargeable version being charged without removing the battery via a magnetic clip-on USB cable/connector. I have owned the very first version of the P7 torch for many years and it is the ideal size for a jacket pocket when walking the dog. At the price I paid from the LEDlenser store on ebay this torch was a bargain.

    An absolute steal on Ebay. Fantastic price for a fantastic torch.

    The torch is impeccably well made, but not lightweight. Reassuringly heavy in fact. The brightness is more than adequate and the zoom/wide option is perfect. Ledlenser appear to be quite honest about the lumens output which cannot be said for the Chinese torches available elsewhere. It loses a star in my case because the button that changes the brightness is a bit hit and miss. Following the instructions results in no change between the 3 brightness's. The 7 year warranty might have to come in to play at some stage but I'd highly recommend this torch at the price i got it at. I wouldn't pay the RRP for it though. The charging system is good and seems to be reliable but is a proprietary cable so be aware of that. You could remove the rechargeable 18650 battery and use an external charger if ...
