DHL is a horrible shipping company. I always get additional charges from DHL but no other carriers. I had to contact the seller multiple times because DHL told the seller that my address was wrong. I know my own address. Then once it does get here I normally have to drive 30 miles to pick up my parcel. If it wasn’t for DHL this would have been a positive experience.
