The item I ordered was no longer available, even after receiving confirmation from seller that it was being sent. To cover the inconvenience, the seller offered a premium package (same item I wanted, just more items included with it) for the same price as the single item. I was skeptical, but the lady I spoke with said they value customer satisfaction more than losing a sale. Incredible customer service for this day and age.
