    The item was totally broken up .  I would’ve thought bubble wrap item for sure instead of newspaper balls, and a half inch thick foam . Packaging was the problem. I was so looking forward to this item.

    First of all, be patient as we handle your return. Also, when an item gets damaged we sellers are the ones that lose money, not you. Item had plenty of foam. I have shipped hundreds of fragile items and they almost never get damaged. Packing was not the problem. The shipping services can careless. They are the problem because they are too busy and understaffed. They are extremely rough with all items.
