Really good tape that beats gorilla tape!
I first came across this tape when using it in a print shop to bind hand made books and handmade log books. I discovered that it works better than silver duct tape without as much messy residue in normal fix it situations. It holds better than other tapes I have used We tried black Gorilla tape to cover a split in the leather seam on a motorcycle seat as recommended by several people. It would keep coming loose again. We tried this tape and it has been covering the split seam for a year now and still holding. It also holds up well for hand made journals and log books and give them a neater appearance than if you just used padding compound on them. It comes off easier, too, when you need to remove it. It almost always comes off in one piece unlike silver duct tape unless it's been left out ...
