jury still out at the moment as not had it long enough to give a accurate assessment,but so far so good attachments easy to change,good selection of combs and length cuts,reason i have only given four star rating is as i said not had long enough to give five stars

Better options must exist
Its OK (NOT good) for hair but no good if you want to trim your beard as it gets caught and pulls on your hairs. Nose trimmer is painful to use, unlike the unit from China which my son bought which is superb for nasal hairs and cost £10. Motor seems to change speed at random (from the tone the motor makes). I thought Braun would be a good bet but this is a product made to a price point, not made to perform well. Because of the narrow blades, hair cutting/trimming/dressing takes an age. The removable guard needs checking when in use to ensure it hasn't slipped out. Takes hours to charge and cannot be used whilst plugged in. Does the job.
I bought this primarily to trim my beard and moustache. It cuts shorter than my old unit and this is exactly why I bought it. I haven't had any problems with the charger, as I already had an adapter for my electric toothbrush. The only warning I would give is that this uses steel blades and you need to pull them. Most manufacturers give you a nominal amount to get you started. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with it and would recommend it.I bought this primarily to trim my beard and moustache. It does the job but the plug is European and so I had to get an adapter to charge it. However it holds its charge well though for a close trim on stubble it doesn’t feel as close as previous trimmers I have had. But it is gentle on the skin and not abrasive. It’s tidy, easy to use and hold.

Not great
This is not a great product, but I suppose at the price it's what you can expect. Bought it to replace a much more expensive Phillips hair cutter and you can tell. Most annoying is the 10hr charging time to get 40 minutes of use. It doesn't cut close enough even on the lowest setting and only works if used very slowly. Will get rid soon.
