I specifically ordered a Smart Life App, bulb. Eight days later when it was eventually delivered I was sent a Surplife bulb. I raised a return and had to repack it, which is not easy when you are disabled. Then I had to sort how to get it to the Post Office and back. This took a whole morning. All this because this seller thought they could 'put one over me' instead of being honest. Disgraceful. I was refunded in full.
