The seller communicated with me which was very important. I recived my item on time surprisingly and when received it was nicely wrapped. I got extra bandqs in the package, and Lord, the first watch I brought actually fitted my skinny hand. But overall, I would recommend this seller. I will 100% buy from them again.

After a few days, there was unfortunately a device issue that couldn't be resolved by Fitbit customer service. Seller was quick to issue a refund with an apology and no hassle. Would do business with them again
