Item arrived on time and in one piece. A mobile phone takes a while to set up and can really only be reviewed after a few months of usage. The strange thing is that this "Tesco Outlet" has the same address and location as Kazoop so I don't know if there is a link. When I contacted originally Kazoop about the this phone which had an identical price to Tesco Outlet they told me it wasn't new but refurbished. So thats when I decided to purchase from the Tesco Outlet
