First sent a hard drive that someone else had already been connected to , I had to return it and wait for it to be sent back out .
Secondly no instruction of how to setup the system up .
The app is asking for A verification code that can’t be found anywhere on the box (where it should be)
It’s been nearly 10 days since I ordered and I’m still sitting here with a £380 kit I don’t know how to use .
The kit also requires an Ethernet cable which isn’t mentioned and isn’t included .
