Product Information

Madagascar: Operation Penguin follows the storyline of the 2005 computer-animated film from the perspective of the intrepid Private Penguin. Players must help Private escape from a hazard-filled zoo and rescue fellow animals from a life of captivity. What ensues is a side-scrolling platform game spanning 18 levels, taking players from monkey cages and lion pens to subways and African plains. Private Penguin can run, jump, swim, and perform his trademark karate chop on such beastly foes as baboons, crocodiles, and snakes. Gadgets can be acquired to assist in the cross-continental journey, including hamburger-wrapper parachutes and soda-bottle jet packs. Movie characters Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria are also playable in specific stages tailored to their distinct abilities.

    A very cute game where you play the Penguins from the Madagascar films :) Play through fun puzzles and mini games, and rescue other animal friends.

    Great graphics & alot of fun!

    The game, Madagascar Operation Penguin GBA is alot of fun! As an adult, I thought it was fun, a little challenging and I was able to complete the game. There are 4 characters to choose from with their own special skills. My nephews have played with it and they liked it too, they also completed it as well. We hate games where you get stuck and never complete it because it's too hard but not this game, it's a fun game that you are able to complete. It has a save mode where you can go back where you left off. Now we are working on Madagascar DreamWorks GBA. It's a bit harder. I think Operation Penguin is better than DreamWorks but they are both cute and fun. No chance of getting stuck and giving up!

    Really enjoying the game!

    This is one of my 6 year olds favorite games. It is easy enough that there are cheers of making it past a level, but hard enough that she doesn't get bored with it quickly from never being able to make it. It does have a lot of reading in it but she can easily figure it out without reading any of it or asking quick questions. Good grafics and great price not to mention the cute factor and she loved the movie.

    Fun for all ages & girls & boys

    The graphics are very cute and fun. The penguins are soooo cute. They are fun to play with as they flap their wings. I am fixing to buy another one of these, we liked it, but the game I got was messed up. What we did see of it when it worked was good. It was challenging which was good, not too easy.
