    Good value well made unit.

    Having looked for similar transformers I found this to be most suitable for my radio restoration shed It is good value in being able to draw several amps through the 2 domestic mains sockets provided. A slight modification I would like is a mains neon light on each socket to indicate the socket was live at a glance However a useful wll made unit

    Safety issues

    Quality/safety issues:- 1. The earth stud needs to have the paint removed to ensure a good earth! 2. A screw holding the 13A socket earth bar in place was removed to facilitate isolation, but it now rattles around!
