Delivery was very slow. This was sold as 'chunky' but it didn't knit as chunky so requested a return, and sent a photo showing the difference between chunky and their yarn. Seller kept sending emails offering a partial refund and keep the yarn. I didn't want the yarn so had to ask 3 times for a full refund. It took a long time as seller replied to emails in the middle of the night. Have now received refund.

**do not use this company ** received 1 single flower rolled up and pushed through the letterbox(not Bunch as description says and Bunch of 10 as stated in further details). 1 flower £3, are you serious. Then when I complained we offered half my money back! Very angry right now. Shocking price for a single flower and poor advert if you only get 1pc. I will be contacting ebay to get this misleading advert removed.
