The only reason I have left neutral feedback is because I received a refund with no problem. Item was marked as despatched for about two weeks and even had a tracking number, but it never seemed to go anywhere! Certainly it was never marked as being received by courier. Estimated two week delivery far too long I think, but I was prepared to accept it. After waiting so long only for it never to arrive though, is very disappointing. I purchased from another seller and received it within days.
